Which would burn more calories/fat: CF (Fran) or say, a 25-30min jog (heart rate stable, flat terrain, 12.5km/hr pace, ~6km distance).
I just did Fran in 5:05 (PB is 4:43) and it rocked me, more so than a 30min run would.
I was thinking fran would burn more do to using more muscles and the muscle recovery after.
well, seeing how i can do fran in 2 minutes... I would probably say that a 30 minute jog would.
I think metcon wod's are meant to improve a lot of aspects of fitness vs burn calories.
