    Today is an off DAy did legs last night;

    had low energy and recovery last night, feeling the effects of the diet

    and diet kind of broke down, went 1000 calories over my goal

    hopefully i man up and stick to the plan..feeling bloated today

    Squat - 375
    Bench - 265
    Deadlift - 425

    Goal: BW/OH squat 185 LBS x 15 by summer 2010

    i took 4 days off the gym since my energy levels have been plummeting

    1/31/2010 had a cheat meal tonight consisting of:

    2 cups instant oatmeal
    7 slices fiber bread
    3 cups soy milk
    1 large double chocolate muffin
    small slice of cheesecake
    1/2 banana

    good bye carbohydrates for now see you next week ):
