    protein powders in general builds lean muscle and reduces appetite and positively affects metabolism

    if your looking for a magic powder though no such luck.. or i havent come across one yet...

    my auntie uses a crave control protein mix though! has 7 g fiber and 13 g protein but it comes in a cute pink bottle...

    Not after a magical potion just a little helping hand, the only one I've seen is maximuscle promx.

    First and foremost your diet should be in order. There is no supplement that will make up for a bad diet. If the proper nutrtion plan is in place with a good program then lossing fat will occur. There are other factors as well but diet is extremely important. You can't out train a bad diet.

    False... you can eat steak and still lose weight, as long as your eating under maintenance. And you can get fat by eating vegatarian meals if you eat over maintenance.
