    Today's bench workout with video

Put on the 62 Ace today. I'm able to get this shirt on myself, but it's tighter than the altered 66. I have got a few more weeks in it before I compete. I have a little more figuring out to do, but I'm learning. The first 805 got out of groove, on the second my right wrist was about to dump, third time was a charm (I wet the shirt for that one).

It was great to train with the whole crew today. They are such a tremendous help.

Super work Vincent! That shirt looks perfect for you! Little more weight and it'll touch much easier!

Looking forward to seeing how your training continues

Very nice bar path on the descend and ascend. What kind of practice did you do to perfect it?
Also how do you like the metal shirt material compared to titan/inzer (IE: katana/rage-x)

Nice work. I wish I had the endurance to make three max effort attempts like that. I'm usually done after the first "take it, take it, take it".
Can't wait 'til tomorrow, 'cause I get stronger every day!

Nice press! That's some intense lifting. The take it, take it, take it, sounded a little scary there lol.

Reps in the shirt without boards. Working with lighter weight that I can control instead of just trying to add more weight to touch. Time under the bar.

I love the Metal Ace. It's got a great groove and is pretty workable. I had zero luck with the RageX. It's chestplate was just too small for me. The Inzer SDP is was a good fitting shirt, I just could not get it to work for me. I tried Titan years back, but never had any luck with them at all. I have never tried any of the newer ones, so I can't comment too much on them

Nice work Vincent. Way to stay patient and keep working. Coming back and making a lift after two misses is never easy.
