    is safflower oil an okay source of fat instead of flaxseed? i cant find flax in liquid, only pill, so i bought some of this junk.

    It's a decent source of fat, but flax is better.

    flax capsules are horrible, you'd have to take I believe 14 capsules in order to get one tablespoon of liquid flax, which is what your supposed to take per day when using flax. You can get liquid flax from alot of different places, www.proteinfactory.com , www.xsportsnutrition.com , if there is a hi-health store near you sure they carry it.

    Sunflower oil = Poly source

    Olive oil = Mono source

    Get them.
