    My legs (hamstrings especially) and joints were hurting like hell today...squat felt really weak so just did a lil bit and played around with machines.

    bench sucked today because of going heavy with a lot of volume twice last week...anyway i was deciding if i wanted to start bill star's 5x5 and after bench i decided i would lol...so starting wednesday will be full routine

    after my last set of squats which was easy i had a slight ache in my lower back area....by the time i got done benching i could barely stand up....i did the 3 sets of bb rows last and after the 3rd set had to go lay down and couldnt get up afterwards...after about 30 min i managed to get up and leave and im still having a hard time doing anything but laying down........
