    The early am running is impressive as are the high reps, especially with the rows.

    legs were still sore from last time and the run friday...i felt weaker on them from the beginning but went ahead and tried...i think im good for a 275x3 ...may kinda deload squats next time then go for that the time after...i was only goin to do 3's originally on bench but decided i would try 5...that's a true 5rm as the 5th rep was ugly lol

    did it about 4 times through...the tire flips were 3 man flips which was gay lol but my team won each time..

    i wanna squat tomorrow but i've been moving heavy crap last 2 days for a buncha different offices -desk, tables, etc + this and running monday and i have an 8 mile run friday.........I'm getting so aggravated with all the extra stuff i dont care about or want that i dont know what to do..may just squat tomorrow anyway and let friday's run suffer lol

    It would be better to really go for the squats on Friday imo, but everyone has to do their own thing, their own way, the way they see fit.

    lol drank an energy drink and went to the gym despite all the stuff i've been doin...the squats took everything i had but they were deep and solid...bench felt heavy as **** but i expected it as my upper body is already sore from all the moving of stuff i've been doin...run tomorrow morning then back/arms tomorrow evening...gonna rest up a few days after
