    lol i kinda took a break from everything the last month or so....i think i needed it mentally...it's been a lil over a year since i took an actual break or went out drinking or anything so i figured i would just spend my off time being off and having fun lol......weight dropped down to around 160 and strength held up ok...went to the gym today and just kinda left off where i was last and figured out where my strength was at

    Monday- July 5, 2010 Legs felt good today but lower back was still tender from pulls a few days ago so i didnt work up to much in squats just hit the legs good..
