I think the Titan Centurion and Metal King suits seem to be pretty popular. I had an old Metal V-type that was pretty good to me, until I wore it out. Supposedly the King material holds up better though.

Take a look at Titan for sure though. Ken Anderson is your man.

Get the Super Centurion by Titan. It's the Katana material and is as good as a lot of 2 ply suits. This material will last a loooong time too.

I was a diehard inzer TRX user.... until i tried out that super centurion a couple of weeks ago. I've changed my mind.

I think some of it depends on where your weakness is too. I think a TRX will stop you better than a super centurion, but you won't get near the pop from a TRX.

My first suit was a Metal King v-type I thought it was an awsome suit until I got a super centurion. No compasison! The super centurion is like wearing 2 metal suits at the same time.

My training partner Henry Thomason swears by the Super Centurion for single ply suits. He's gone over 9 walked out and a grand w/ a monolift in it I believe.

How would a super centurion compare with an old boss (2 ply but not the newer ngx super+ material ,the older ngx+ without velcro) ?

Also looking for suits this time...

I have an old boss, and IMO the Super Centurion feels like a better suit. The old boss material doesn't feel as strong as the new material that is used to make the Super Centurion. Not to mention the old boss can't even be compared to the new boss suits. If you have an old boss suit and your looking for a new one then either go with a single ply Super Centurion or a double ply Boss.

Brian, i have an old boss as well, and a new centurion. Although the new centurions are sick, i think the old boss suit is definately more suit. I actually remember a guy on the boars looking for an old boss suit because he preferred the pop out of it compared to the new boss suits, i wish i could remmber who it was.

I think part of the problem is your old boss is probably old, i have a basically new one and it is a really strong suit. Same thing with the briefs, i hava a pair of old style boss briefs that are brand new breifs and they are much better than the new centurion briefs i had. Much better.
