Good job with the lifting, Matt. Nice time management skills with the band work, too. Good luck with the baby, bud. I hope all goes well for you guys.

That's hilarious on the tiller, using it backwards. Good stuff. If I saw a squat rack in anyones garage around here, I'd be completely surprised. Most of the people on our street, and in our area are older folks. There are some younger kids, but if I HAD to guess, they're couch potatoes or curl jockeys. Wish I lived on the same street as someone who believed in the big 3.

This is the first house I've ever owned with grass. My houses in Arizona all had rocks for yards, how the heck was I supposed to know. Seemed to work anway

I wish I had a yard, but yeah...we have a mud pit in the front, and weed infestation in the back. It's an awesome mix.

thanks guys. I really enjoy OH Press and Deadlift on the same workout. For me they complement each other pretty well.

Had my 2nd daughter this morning at 1a. Everyone is doing great, just a little a tired.

    Congratulations to you all Matt!

Just went out for about 20 minutes to get in some reps

    Bench Press
    worked up to
    145 x 5 x 3 sets
all sets got progressively easier as I got back into the groove

    Squats
    worked up to
    165 x 5 x 3 sets
stopped squatting to a box and am going several inches deeper. Felt pretty good. Hips are a little sore, but with the power pants I've got coming in that should help.
