    Yeah, Wolf is something else. He's a pretty badass old man. He's a "government agent", pulled like 525 later that day with a hook grip, apparently used to pull like 700. Just a tough guy.

    That tricep stuff looks pretty beast, I'll try that within the next week.

    Bench: 325(max)
    Squat: 510(max)
    Dead lift: 500(max)
