    Bench - 290 (291) Pause reps Dead - 500 (479.5) Squat - 446 (430)

    Total - 1236 (1168.4)

    Goals: Bench - 280 met 1/19/09 new goal - 300 Squat - 435 met 11/28/09 new goal 475 Dead - 500 met 1/23/10 new goal 525

    Thanks guys. My chest needs work but overall I'm happy. Starting to look forward to cutting, I'm down to my last pair of jeans that fit lol.

    What was your bulk diet like?
    Diet was a bit all over the place but for the most part I consumed between 3000/3500 day. Lots of chicken, sweet potatos, 2% milk, creapure.

    Do you have a specific cut diet?
    Nothing specific layed out yet. Usually when I cut I will track calories for the first few weeks until I have a general idea of what's working for me then I stick fairly close to that.

    +45lbs in 5 months is no joke... Good job
    6' 1.... 211lbs.
    Bench: 275lbs x 1
    Deadlift: 385lbs x 1
    Squat: ??? (not enough)
    Goal by the end of May 2010... Weigh 225lbs.
