    Not getting sore anymore?

    Hey guys,

I currently am starting to not get sore anymore after work outs. Would this mean I am not working out hard enough or am I on a plateau? I don't think I am on a plateau because I am making strength gains on most of my lifts ( except for bench press )

Right now I have switched back to my high rep work out routine.

16 Years old at 154 pounds ( completely naked )

Just started Creatine and using Optimum Nutrition Turbo Whey Protein.

That's all that matters. Getting sore means nothing.

    keep up the good work!
    ain't nuttin but a peanut.

You will have gotten stronger when the weight that feels heavy is actually heavier than the weight that feels heavy now. Then the weight that feels heavy now will be a warmup for the weight that feels heavy then. But the weight will always feel heavy or you're not lifting enough weight. Clear? -Rippetoe
