    Quick Clarification Question?

    Ok, I understand how the set/rep scheme works, but just need to make something sure. Am I using this 6x2x2x2 scheme for all of my lifts in workouts A and B? So if im doing dips for my Tri Exercise am I doing it the same way with 6x2x2x2? And the same thing with my Bicept, Calf, and Ab Exercises?
