lie back on a flat bench like you were gonna bench press
press the bar up like you were benching
instead of coming streight down like a bench
keep your elbows pointed to the ceiling, and
lower the weight by moving just your forearms
so with your elbows pointed up
move your forearms back till the bar is above your forehead
then move it back
grab a bar, lay down on a bench. extend your arms straight up from your shoulders. Keep your elbows stationary and bring the bar down to your head/just above your head. I touch my forehead with each rep when I do them. Can also be done with dumbells and on any angle bench for variation. Try to keep your elbows from flaring out.
