    Grip Strength.

    What are some good ways to improve the strength of your grip? Thats one thing that seems to be giving me some consistant problems..

    Static holds. Just grab a barbell (or a dumbell) and hold on for as long as you can. My grip strength has exploded since I started doing these.

    Put weight on the bar....unless you want a pansy grip like cypher :P
    But yeah, static holds have done wonders on my grip.

    try farmers walks too. Just grab a couple heavy dumbells and walk back and forth with them.

    LOL. I was implying that weight be added to the bar, but thanks for the compliment.
