What's a realistic ballpark estimate for how long one can maintain a low bodyfat, and what's a realistic bodfat% to expect to hover around?
I obviously know you guys don't stay super cut in the off season (as that would be detrimental to one's health).
I am unable to bulk this winter because I'm waiting to hear back from medical schools, and I could have an interview at anytime. I just got a suit back in October, and I need it to fit me.
I need some kind of body challenge, so I decided I want to see how cut I can get... It's not nearly as fun as bulking but it's something.
Bench: 45 lbs Bench: 235 lbs
Squat: 95 lbs Squat: 285 lbs
Deadlift: 100 lbs Deadlift: 330 lbs
