    hello what supplements can i get to get lean muscle i have had a look around on a few sites but i dont no what one is best for me

    Man, I've been reading your tips and, no lie, I've gained 12 lbs of muscle in the last 10 weeks. I'm turning into the incredible hulk here!!! LOL I wish more people had advice to give like you do. If I can keep this up I'll see competition results in as little as 9 months. I'm a new believer, keep it comming.
