Wendler 5/3/1 BBB, deload week question

During week 4 (deload) of the mesocycle, do you drop the assistance lifts, continue the same as the other weeks, or deload them and do them?

For a deload, I like to drop both intensity AND volume. So for assistance lifts, instead of doing 5x10, I might do 3x10 with no change in the weight I was using.

    This was in the manual.

Question: During the deload week, do I deload the assistance work too?
Answer: If you’re deloading, DELOAD! Cut back on everything and let your body rest and recover.
Off Road's suggestions would be perfect.

I would really advise against doing the program without reading the book. You just dont understand the underlying principles that are needed to get the maximum results.
