Had to brag on myself a bit today. I know 90% of you are stronger than this, but I'm pretty happy about it.
Got 3 plates (45's) on weighted dips for two sets of one.
Got 225 x1 on incline bench...and this was after bench, weighted dips, and OH Press.
Can't wait to start getting these for reps in a couple months.
