From next week i won't be able to train 3 times a week like i'm doing. (i'm doing the texas method). I will be able to train just twice a week. This situation should be transitory and should last a couple of months. During this time i don't want to lose a considerable amount of strength. How can i organize the training? I was thinking about doing a full body every 3-4 days.
Something like this:
Back work (no deadlift)
Abs (something like sit-ups)
Abs (something like side bends)
I think a lot of usefull exercices are going to be left out of my training.
