    Training Twice a Week

From next week i won't be able to train 3 times a week like i'm doing. (i'm doing the texas method). I will be able to train just twice a week. This situation should be transitory and should last a couple of months. During this time i don't want to lose a considerable amount of strength. How can i organize the training? I was thinking about doing a full body every 3-4 days.

    Something like this:

    Day A
    Squat
    Bench Press
    Back work (no deadlift)
    Abs (something like sit-ups)

    Day B
    Squat assistance
    Overhead Press
    Deadlift
    Abs (something like side bends)

I think a lot of usefull exercices are going to be left out of my training.

Training twice a week can be very productive. Use the extra rest to really push the weights when you get to workout. I've always liked this setup:

    Squat
    S.l.d.l.
    Bench
    Rows

    Deadlift
    OH Press
    Chin-ups
    Ab work

Good suggestion, Off Road, that's about what I was thinking, as well.
    Give chalk a chance.
