    *Pretty good today. Need to upgrade to 250 and 300 on grippers. I bought myself an early birthday present yesterday....A New Car (in Prices Right Voice) lol. I upgraded nicely from my 2002 Ford Focus to an 2007 Lexus IS 250. I was actually thinking camaro or eqiunox. Then we drove by Lexus on Friday and I thought why not stop and look and then I feel in love with it and an 08 but after thinking about it I went with the 07 because it had fewer miles by 15,000. It was a bit more than I wanted to pay but I thought I deserved it and I only live once.

    *Ok day not great. I have squatted 370x7 with no wraps so 370x3 is modest, but I was not feeling very strong so I just did the minimum. I threw in some medium jumps over my bench to gain some power.
