Squats combined with deads in one session is quite grueling, good luck with that bro.

It is greuling, but it is what happens in competition and it will allow me to recover better. I will be using different types of deadlift as well to work on weak points.

Gonna be out of commission for at least a week. I had surgery to remove a cyst on thursday. Thursday may pain was a 9 today it is about a 7 so it is going in the right direction. Sucks because I was making good progress and now all I have been doing is laying around and playing Madden.

*I was gonna just do band pushdowns and band face pulls and easy stuff but I had such a strong desire to do more. Nothing was hard today but it felt so good to lift weights today. I was like a kid in a candy store. I still have pain but today I learned ibprofun and green tea work better than the prescription pain killer they give me lol. I wish I knew that 7 days ago but back then nothing would have helped. I don't know when I will be able to squat or dl again but I am good on the upper body stuff. The Dr. told me to take a week off of work and no lifting so I listened for once. Laying on my side for 23 hours a day sucks bad so I can't wait to go back to work tommorow.

*Today was a test to see how my stitches would hold up and I passed the test. As long as I avoid lunges and steups I should not have a problem. I gotta have them in for another 3 weeks and it would be a disaster to tear them. 430 felt light today and I could have done 10 if I pushed it.
