    Thanks they been going well.

    11/12/10 DL 5s

Well I went to do my DL workout after work like normal and I sucked.

    Db snatch- up to 80x3
    DL- worked up to 405
    DB swing- up to 125x5
    Dragon Flag- 15-14-13
    Plate pinches ss calf raises- 25x20sec/bw x 20 25x20sec/bw x 20 25x30sec/bw x 30

then I stopped in disgust then had a nice hip thrusting session then went out to eat a lot of carbs.

Then 4 hours after then first workout I came back home and decided I was unhappy with my crappy effort and I was gonna make up for it or make myself suffer.

    DL-
    140x5
    230x3
    320x3
    380x1
    435x5

    SSQ goodmorning-
    135x10
    140x10
    145x10
    150x10
    155x10

    Dragon Flag-
    bw x 5 x 10

    BTB wrist/standing calf-
    140x10/bw x 20
    145x10/bw x 20
    150x10/bw x 20
    155x10/bw x 20
    160x10/bw x 20

*Much better now I can sleep.

    11/17/10 Inc Bench 1s

CG bench worked up to 325x1 (hurt enough to stop)

    Inc Cg Bench-

    205+chain x 5
    210+chain x 5

    DB rows-
    110x10
    115x10
    120x10

    Db ext-
    50+mini x 12
    55+mini x 12
    60+mini x 12

    Upright row/Seated band pulldown-
    100x10/gx10
    105x10/gx10

*I have had enough shoulder torture with the bench now. So I will be taking a break from heavy flat benching. Last time I concentrated on Inclines and Log presses it helped so I am hoping it will again.

I like being chased. I train alone so it is good to have some kind of competition.

My body just shut down and said F you I ain't picking that up today. Very frustrating because my DL was progressing so good a few months ago.

*First workout in the shed gym. Barbell was cold and so was shed lol. Space heater did not help but thermals did. I got about 2 inch of ply wood laid down then another inch when I deadlift. It is a little lobsided cuz the ground is not perfectly flat and the barball rolls but I have added a little wood to make it a bit better and small plates to prevent the bar from rolling.

*Met all my goals for today so I happy with this. My shoulder is feeling much better from not benching heavy and sticking with inclines. Too bad not good enough to compete in a week in a half like I wanted to. At least for my next comp I be much stronger. I am giving bb rows a go with 5-3-1 to improve upon them since they help my dl.
