*Pretty good today. Benching felt fairly easy. I was gonna take a shot at 370 but I felt off after I unracked it so I just did a hold.

*Well this started out as my 1s day for DL but it was feeling crappy. I worked up to 505x2 and then got annoyed and switched to 18 inch DL and hit a pr. I think the heavy DLing from the floor week after week has caught up and I needed a change anyway.

*Decent day for being sore in every upper body muscle + back. I was supposed to deload but I hate that so I backed off on the assitance work. I noticed my heels came off the ground a little on my squats in the video. I did not notice that when I squatted. Definately have to fix that.
Nice to be able to dial in and pinpoint what could be considered loose ends.

*Decent day today. My elbows were bothering me so I did more pulling than pushing. I think doing the floor presses on my log press day was a bad idea and took away from today so I have done back to doing my horizontal pressing on bench day and vertical on log day. I am trying out some new ideas this wave to keep things fresh. I was able to reach depth and put my weight on my heels and not toes when squatting today which was good even for a light weight. I think I might decide to give squatting more often a try for awhile.
Yeah I think we can get away with squatting more often as long as it is not heavy all the time.

*Pretty good today. Still backing off on assistance work. Still doing 5/3/1 for log, bench, squat. Giving 3/5/1 a run on DL and probably won't do 5 reps on the 5 weeks will do singles for speed probably to give myself a break between heavy dl weeks or use a different dl variation.

*One of my finer squat days. I was able to stay tight today and most of my reps looked good with my heels staying on the ground. On 3 out of 4 reps on 410 they did come off the floor a tad but less than last week. I am getting better at getting my weight on my heels and getting my backside into it more.
Truly great day with the squats and all Bill, props.
Thanks Terry I am training my assistance work bodybuilding style to concentrate on the muscles and I feel it is working great and I am recovering faster.

*Three good sessions in a row. I went back to my old bench setup and it felt good. I hit a nice little floor press pr too. Squats felt good too I am hitting depth with a light weight and my heels were glued to the floor like they should be and I am pushing my hips back to start. I will be squatting 3x a week for now with my 5/3/1 on monday and light practice on wednesday and friday.

*Pretty solid day. Squats felt good for the most part. My heels stayed glued to the floor on most sets. I did notice on my 460+40lb chain set they did come off the floor because I did not sit back at first.
