The car pushes alone are ridiculous, lol - glad to see you mixing it up in the overall scheme of things.

Glad to hear about the shoulder, backing off benching for now was a great idea.

Good deal on getting outside a bit with the training, weather is becoming quite awesome.

*It was 80 degrees when I drove home from work and the shed sucked. 80 degrees is no big deal in the summer but it is frikken March lol. I started this workout tired and motivated and finished it tired and stronger. I was suprised I was able to go so heavy on squats after just starting squats again not too long ago. My lower back took a beating but that is what my swedish massage chair cushion is for.

I always associate 'suicides' with benching toward the neck, what are those particular suicides you are speaking of?

Obviously going for it, great job throughout.

Actually these suicides are the ones I learned when I play basketball where you run a certain distance turn around and run back to another point and back until the distance is completed (I.E. 1/4 court, 1/2 court, Full court). With these I just would run 70ft 4 x though non stop with turns. I try to do some kind of high intensity cardio type exercise every workout for conditioning and I was too lazy to set up the prowler or go to a hill.
