*Today was the kind of day where you crank up the heavy metal and get to it! Dealing with some of the scumbags of society at work makes you want to either lift heavy things, drink or break things. I like to lift heavy things as my therapy. On a side note my pullups are increasing nicely by simply adding one rep per week to my sets. I believe today 85 pullups was the most I have ever done in one workout.

Interesting you would say that, my friend was ready to destroy some people/things at his job, but got him to calm down and ignore 'em as much as possible - not worth losing a job over.

    Good deal on your pullups.

    Happy Birthday man!!

It was so **** humid out today that when I walked out of the shed it was no better. I had to wipe my arms and hands down between every set and my clothes were soaked by the end of this.

I am no olympic weightlifter but I love to lift heavy things over my head. I am definately going to be adding some more. Kinda sad though how I can do more weight on the log than the bb lol.
