    *The demon has been released. Would have been a perfect day had I hit 545. I hit the **** rack on the way out and it messed me up. I tried to recover but halfway down I knew I was screwed. Hit a nice PR on the rack pull though. I have always been weaker at that height than my regular DL so that is good.

    * I am fairly happy with this. I felt I should have gotten 540 on the dead squat but I could not muster enough force. I find this lift harder than the reg squat because of the dead start. Hopefully, if I keep rotating the ME lifts I will get stronger and more explosive.
