Well, I am so excited that I had to make a post on here. After about a year and a half after being wounded in Afghanistan I was finally given the OK to start lifting again by my doctor today. Since getting hurt in 2008, I have undergone 3 surgeries, lots of PT, and shed about 50+ pounds.
I am now sitting at a mere 130LB.
I am starting at the gym tomorrow, and will be bulking until I get back to where I want to be. The doctor did give me some rules and regs though. No benching or military pressing, and my deadlifting has to be light for the next month or two.
I am tired of being a shrimp and ready to be back to my old infantry self.
