ADD/ long story short version; im looking for things to do at home, and im wondering if carrying 100lb dumb bells up and down a hill (about 200ish linear feet x 50-60 vertical rough estimate) would be good or if id need more weight etc. my lifts are in my sig and my aerobic capacity is pretty decent.
I realized about 10 minutes into it today that i HATE the tread mill so im looking for alternatives to the hamster wheel.
Today i went with some lighter weight deadlifts with very little rest.
225x10x5sets with 20 seconds rest between sets
185x10 straight leg rdl 30 sec rest (was dying out here cardio wise)
then i went through some arms stuff etc with very short rest and super sets.
all in all the cardio and sweat i had going on was great. but im looking for things i can add without throwing off my "power" schedule. too much.
i have a weight sled that i just finished building (and its badass) but its for pulling only.
for pushing i can push my pickup truck to about 5 mph and stop it, then go, then stop.
