    What is the best way to cut fat the fastest. What kind of cardio will really help me lose fat faster, but still maintain a good amount of muscle?

    You could jog, if that starts to bother your joints you could try an eliptical machine or a bike. remember Diet plays a large role in weight loss and anti-catabolism.
