The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

a VERY well deserved thank you to everyone here @ WBB

i think this thread is necessary... I wanted to show my appreciation towards everyone who keeps this site going and helps out such as Daniel and Tom. The articles that have already been posted are great, and we're only 2 weeks into the new year.... WBB certainly looks like it's going to be even better this year! Although I don't make posts too often, I enjoy reading the forums and learn something new every time i open a thread.

Keep up the good work everyone!

I think it goes without saying that this site has helped many many people achieve their goals in a way that other weight lifting resources never could. Looking forward to another year!
    ain't nuttin but a peanut.

You will have gotten stronger when the weight that feels heavy is actually heavier than the weight that feels heavy now. Then the weight that feels heavy now will be a warmup for the weight that feels heavy then. But the weight will always feel heavy or you're not lifting enough weight. Clear? -Rippetoe

It has definitely opened my eyes to a variety of things.

A miracle for me too. Sure, I could have found all the information I needed elsewhere on the internet, but it's the community and sharing of common interests/advice that keeps me here.
