Calves are definitely large, and the vasularity is obvious (cameras do suck at showing it).

I'm a big believer in needing the heavier singles, doubles, and triples on squats for the squat to increase. My body needs to get accustomed to the heavier weights and after a month of heavy squatting I respond so well to it, the same with Deads, but Bench on the other hand I have no idea WTF it needs to increase?

Thanks Nick. 16 is big. Its funny when these douchebags think they're bad ***** then they mess with someone who trains themselves to be in better physical condition and get dropped!!

I'm really strange with bench. I wasted a lot of time working up to max singles and doubles. I do not do well off of that. I work up to a max 3-8. Yes sometimes on ME days I'll work up to an 8 rep max. Drop back sets do well for me on bench as well.

194 lbs and making some serious PRs in all your lifts... you never told us you started using AAS?! LOL, seriously though, where is this all coming from? About testing, go by feel. Don't go in with a number because you can undershoot yourself. Record your lifts getting up to a max and base it on the speed of the bar. I say if 275 feels light, throw on 300, then look into 310 or 315 if you feel comfortable enough.

You wanna know the secret? Ok this is top secret no one else can knows this, do not tell anyone.

    Milk.

I drink that stuff like its going to be non existent tomorrow. People at the gym and people that come over to my house comment on how much I drink lol. My appetite is through the roof! I can eat insane amounts in one sitting too. Yesterday I killed a family sized hamburger helper with 2lbs of ground beef in almost one sitting. I could have completely finished it if I really tried. Today I ate 2lbs of yogurt and 3/4 of a box of grape nuts in one sitting and had to stop cause I ran out of time haha. Complete opposite of the last bulk I had to force feed myself all day everyday.

Yup I was happy with it. Except how much the floor press and pin presses taxed me I was surprised how tired I was after those two.

I've always been naturally fast. I ran a 4.8 in high school and that was with no training. Now that I squat heavy and speed squat and pull a sled I could probably run a 4.7. I may start training for a 100m yard dash to compete at in the utah summer games for fun. I love sprinting. I think I could get into the high 11's for the 100m yard dash.

Don't worry about clouding my journal. Yes on a box squat you sit back. A lot of it is mental cues as well. Box squats helped me out tremendously. Low box and parallel box not high box. I used to lean forward when the weight started to get heavy, here's a vid from last year

    Video

Now here's a vid since box squatting and strengthening my posterior core(which still needs work) going over 100lbs heavier.
