How long did you train her, you can definitely see a difference in her overall physique even though you can't tell the difference from the ATG regarding her backside (not a hint for you to post a booty shot), but you can see her legs look better for sure.
I recommend every female to do squats and SLDL. When my wife was doing that stuff she was repping 185 on squats and she looked great. She had that split on the side of her leg when she walked (you know the one that shows the clear defined separation b/t the hams and the quads.) That's very sexy on a female.
Anyways, I'm done rambling, but it looks like you are doing your job well. Did you think of cutting the lady a bit of a price cut to keep her on? It can always help your reputation when you have finished products to work with.
And, that DL attempt was tough. They normally say if you can break it off of the floor in a sumo then you can get it up, I guess that wasn't right for today.
Do you still agree with the Coan style routine with regards to these large jumps?

To be fair to the coan cycle I was doing it on a westside template which is not what its made for so I can't say the coan routine was bad because I didn't follow it to the exact. It did condition me for pulling like crazy though.

The goal was to work up to a 5-8rm today. Speed of the chest was superb lockout strength was alright still needs work but getting better. I used to struggle so hard off the chest then out of no where it was 10x better. I noticed this when I started using lighter weight for my speed work.

A question - do you keep hold of the bar throughout the whole complex?
I do a decent amount of met con work but tend to just do sets back to back. For example - push press, press up/star jumps and then step ups is my first round.
I've never done a true complex where you keep hold of the bar at the same time.
Push presses up front on a complex/circuit at tough though, good job

I was supposed to Squat today but I'm leaving it for tomorrow due to lack of sleep.
Last night I got absolutely **** faced. Got home around 3. Woke up to the swat team raiding my house at 7:00A.M. I look out my window two guys in masks and camo gear pointing rifles at me telling me to open the front door. I open the door they make me crawl to them and get on my stomach then they cuff me and make me stand in the cold for a couple hours. Piece of **** land lord let some fugitives move in. I had no idea what was going on. The detective was a complete dick telling me I'm getting felony charges for harboring fugitives. They searched my room twice, first swat then a detective. While the detective was searching my room he asked me If i've ever done a cycle lol I think he was hoping to find roids.
So 4 hours of sleep and all the drama that went on today I'll just leave training for tomorrow.
