Couple ways. Choke the band on top of the cable stack and crunch down standing or on knees. With the smaller bands I throw it over the top grab each side of the band with a hammer grip and crunch standing up. Very much like rope crunches. Besides barbell work I use bands for Rear deltoids, triceps and abs quite a bit.

    Strong benchin Thomas.

Quaded minis on the floor press...... ''The decapitator'', lol. Nice work mate.
This is the true joy in life, the being used for a purpose recognized by yourself as a mighty one; the being thoroughly worn out before you are thrown on the scrap heap; the being a force of Nature instead of a feverish selfish little clod of ailments and grievances complaining that the world will not devote itself to making you happy - George Bernard Shaw

    Quaded minis are brutal!

Ok so I hurt my shoulder pretty bad playing basketball on Saturday. Yesterday was really bad and so is today. I can't raise my hand above my head and shifting in my car hurts so does small things like brushing my teeth. Training tomorrow is definitely not going to happen. Maybe on wednesday god I hope so! Been icing and taking lots of ibprofen.

Thanks guys. I don't think its anything too serious as it wasn't caused by weight training. I think it will just take time. I'm hoping I'll be good by wednesday but I dunno....

Thanks guys it already feeling better. I'm feeling optimistic about training on Wednesday.

Went to the doctors today and got a bunch of drugs!!! Ambien wasn't cutting it for me and I ran out I got some lunesta, Ambien-CR and silenor. Whichever I prefer I get a script for it. I've spent $250 so far this month to be able to fall asleep. The reason for my insomnia is neurological. Ya for no health insurance?!?

you should probably sign up for health insurance. Blue shields cheapest plan is 60/month for someone our age and it is definitely smart in case you have and serious injury or sickness.

10 co-pay on scripts, doctors visits are still expensive but if you have a devastating accident the most you can pay is like 5,000 or something.

Why dont you have health insurance man!! GET IT

I didnt have it for a while back during my undergrad days. My aunt finally convinced me to get it and helped loan some money to me so I could afford it. Literally 3 days after getting health insurance, I got appendicitis and had to go to the ER for an appendectomy. The hospital bill was over 24,000 dollars, and I had to pay ~2,000.

    learned my lesson

Yea I've been without health insurance for about half a year now not smart!! I've already signed up for insurance I'm covered starting Jan 1st I was just going to do without sleeping pills till jan 1st... haha yea right what was I thinking? A good night's sleep is priceless.

And the shoulder injury isn't a bad one guys it just inflamed. It's still hurting but I think if I spend a lot of time warming up tomorrow I'll be good to go.
