Must be great for your clients to get advice from someone that looks like they lift.

haha if I ate like that I would be into the 250's too.... and I lift at 165.

Somehow Tom, your little "it's not as fun as it sounds" statement just isn't eliciting a sympathy response from me. But considering your strength levels and ripped look, you can say whatever you want and I'll buy it. Hard work is paying off.

Your thickness is awesome! Your legs are extremely thick also. Lean-ness is definitely sitting well and strong. I have a buddy who bitches about not being able to put on weight, if only he had the determination to eat like you do, then he would see better progress.

    Keep doing what you do.

BTW chinese and whole milk, i don't know about that one?

haha I also have an iron stomach. Throw some cheap vodka on top of the chinese and milk and I'd still be ok. Chinese food is definitely not a staple of mine though. After intense racquetball nights I have do something drastic though or I lose a lot of weight.

Thanks Steve. A fast metbolism is cool but I wish mine was a little slower. I just went from 208 to 202 in 8 hours of sleep haha.

I like a fast metbolism just wish it was a little slower. With 3 hours of interval training(racquetball) its a real bitch gaining weight.

Thank scott. This years cut which will be in about 2 months will be pretty easy. I'll drop about 2% and be done. Buying skim milk and buying leaner cuts of red meat may be all I need to do for cutting. Ha the chinese is not a staple.
