Guy filming was right. Thats real good stuff. Great speed and kept them solid all the way to the end. Do you always pull sumo, or alternate with conventionals? I just started pulling sumo myself.

I always pull sumo unless I rack pull. Sumo have been great for recovery and growth for me. Did you see the thread "Sumo deadlifts for Trap growth"?

I know right? Previous dead days were 430x6 and 500x1 then deload. I have no idea where 445x8 came. I honestly think its the new found energy with the new gym and training partner.

Impressive stuff Thomas. Do you think you will ever try equipped lifting? Raw strength in top of the pile.
This is the true joy in life, the being used for a purpose recognized by yourself as a mighty one; the being thoroughly worn out before you are thrown on the scrap heap; the being a force of Nature instead of a feverish selfish little clod of ailments and grievances complaining that the world will not devote itself to making you happy - George Bernard Shaw

Just love it. That DL set looked strong as heck, why not a 9th eh? Always nice to set PR's on the big lifts that you strive to increase on.

    Lifting has been spot on!

I don't follow. You took a barbell and put three quarters on each side with a mini band in between each plate?
