Ha I might have been able to grind out a 9th. My traps were so sore the next day. 8 reps on the deadlift is a marathon for me.

Chaos bench is when you have the bands wrapped around the plate and you put the band on the barbell.

I've also seen growth in the chest from this movement more than regular barbell benching. I almost never get sore in my chest put I do after chaos benching.

So are you using the chaos bench in place of something like speed work? Looks interesting, something I've always wanted to try. How many bands total are you using to hold all the weight?

I do it in place of or after speed bench. Sometime after my ME movement too. I usually use 3 bands per side each on a 25lb plate.

That was an old vid with 2 bands per side. Even with 3 bands per side I'm not as shaky as that. I'm looking forward to trying 4 bands per side when I get a lil stronger.

Ya and I prefer it that way. My training partner pulls conv so for the sake of moving the chains every set we just put them on the sides.

Is that guy in the squat video the new training partner of yours? The strong one? he looks like a big dude; has some huge legs!

Your training is looking spot on. The DL with the chains was strong and fast for sure. I've played around with chains before and liked them a lot. Do you think bands are more beneficial if used correctly though?

Ya thats him. He is a freak for sure and he's just as crazy as me. I alternate the bands and chains however I prefer chains. Band resisted pulls don't feel as natural.

Last night we ended up going to the biker bar and as always I was wearing my westside barbell sweater I didn't think anything of it. When I went in everyone had on their vest's and hoodies representing their chapters and people were looking at me like I was reppin some westside chapter haha.
