    Thigh: 24.25
    Chest: Hard to measure by myself got 42 just above the nipple lline
    Arms:16
    Calves: 16.75
    Glutes-42.5-Yea I have huge gluteal aesthetics.

    Great PRs on the reverse band bench, that is just strong stuff! Dude the pic looks great, you are one thick bastard. Makes me want to start doing the five pounds of meat drenched in olive oil and washed down with a gallon of whole milk diet.

    They measure 16.1 but look like 15 ha ha.

    I was squatting kinda funny today. After the 540 I did some dynamic warm ups for my hips and I was squatting much better.

    Any reason you chain the deads in the middle as oppose to both ends? I can't imagine it matters either way though, I was just surprised to see it setup like that. What was the additional amount of chain weight you head on there at lockout?
