I've been having really bad Tennis elbow I was unsure if I would even be able to train. Took 4 ibprofens Warmed up extra and I was good to go.

185x1-Racked it elbow pain
265x1-385 at the top! Went up good too, tried for a second rep got it nicely off the chest but the chains kicked my ass
