    Have you got knee sleeves that you could put on around your shins/calves? Better than socks if you are doing that much damage to yourself.

    I was thinking about that also. I have done this a few times just because it's easier to put on then a pair of socks.

    Now I remember why I don't use those green bands very much lol! They were not just heavy at the top even at the bottom I could feel the tension.

    Tried ace bandages already I bled right through them. I'm going to try double socks if that doesn't work then shin guards.

    No, I don't think so. You should work both boards so your strong at different levels. You can focus on hitting the 2 board more, but I would throw in a 3 board every now and then.

    Something else you can try, if your able to do it. Do some chain suspended lockouts or pin presses set a 2 board height. That will help you out with your sticking point.

    I saved your journal for last because I figured I would likely end with some crazy **** that way... you didn't disappoint... that 340 BP was super strong, but damn if that 275x10 wasn't even more impressive. Awesome work Tom, you are moving to a whole other level now.

    Really great pressing bro! You smoked the 340. Give the soda bottle trick a try for pulling. It solves the problem.

    I have an embarrassing confession. I've gotten accustomed to my knee wraps. I haven't squatted over 365 without wraps in over a year. Hit 405x4 ass to grass on squat today without wraps. I've also just been doing singles which was stupid my reps are ****. I think I have enough time before the meet on march 26th to get comfortable without wraps to start getting some good squatting in.

    I'm going back to SLDL tonight hope to hit a PR!!

    They can get you hooked when you see yourself hitting some solid numbers while wearing them. I'm sure you'll be fine, I wouldn't worry about hitting a heavy single to see where your at until about 3 weeks out. Right now we are both 6 weeks out from the meet. You need to start getting use to squatting without knee wraps. Just my .2 cents!!!

    That's the plan Brian. I don't plan on putting the wraps back on till after the meet.
