    Those bench videos look very solid. That 340 just popped up, I would agree that 350 is definitely in the mix in the future.

    I've been playing with my knee wraps lately, and it's not really necessary, but it's nice having an extra 20-30 pounds on the bar.

    I really suck at these I know but this was the first time I've pulled conventional in a long long time! I think since April last year, lol! I could feel these in my glutes and hammies and could just tell I needed to do them.

    The blob is awesome for lower back, glutes and hamstrings. I'm glad to see someone else doing those besides me. I actually like those alot better then SLDL's.

    Nice gym, has everything you need. Solid looking workout too, the intensity/enviroment looks awesome, gets me feeling a bit jacked from just watching. lol

    Its a fat handle. Its great grip/forearm work too. Here's a better video of it
