I had the same puzzled question as Tim when I saw your floor pressing #'s.

I really like those Pullups, I could definitely see them doing a lot of good for your body. Male gymnasts BTW are built and very strong! Have you ever tried to even do anything close to the iron cross?

Speed felt good. 315 and 335 were my bitch. 355 was fast but not crazy fast or anything.

I don't do much iso calf work. Mostly because I powerlift and forget about them. And the gym I train at has no calf machines so I'm forced to do standing while holding a weight. I'm going to start hitting them 2x/week iso and see how things go from there.

This is a shot from about 3 month's ago and they've definitely grown since then. Something wants to tell me I measured wrong though when I took this cause I dunno if they're that big.

haha the most intense calve burn I've ever had was racking a 315 front squat when I had to tip toe it onto the racks. Hmmmm maybe I'm onto something. Hold bar in front squat position then do toe-raises! I'll call it, "The Thomas toes." Yea that just sounds right.

You think I'm Joking I'm actually going to try this on Wednesday.

ooo I like that idea. I've seen people do this with a back squat position but never a front. Which is what makes them Thomas toes.

Tried to barbell curl fuking tennis elbow wouldnt let me. If you guys are wondering what around my elbows in the movies those are ace bandages. I get no carry over from them, they are very thin and wrapped loose. I have them on to keep the elbow joints warm they seem to help with tennis elbow a little bit.

Indeed, you did slap that 225 around like a whore who forgot your money. Love the videos - you have one of the most entertaining journals on here.
