    The recent bench videos are cool and look very good. I love how you litter your journal with videos, it's always nice to see your progress via video and through your posts.

    I bet you will surprise yourself at your meet. I can just foresee you getting some super human strength and set PR's in 2 of your 3 lifts. There's something in you that just makes me think that.

    O man I hope you're right! I really think I'm going to be glad I've taken all these videos. They will be really fun to have years back from now to look on.

    You guys remember the nasty roommate I had? I finally moved out of that ****. The land lord is trying to get me on not giving him a 30 day notice.

    I sent him this

    Was I given 30 days notice when the house rules I agreed to would be violated on a daily basis or when the basement would turn into a unsanitary place of filth? That place was not just dirty but unsafe for my health and crawling with bugs. Its no wonder everyone was and is getting sick down there. Good luck with even more bugs when it gets warmer. I paid several months of rent to live in unsanitary conditions. For what I'm concerned I should have rent reimbursed for the times the rules were blatantly violated. I left on good terms, treated that place well, paid rent to live in that nasty place up until the day I left. I am astonished you would actually try and squeeze more money out of me after you had me living in those unsanitary conditions. Re-locating again for me was a real hassle and a huge expense. It is your job as the landlord to enforce the house rules we agreed upon. If the rules were enforced in the 1st place I would still be there. Obviously you don't go down stairs much, let alone the bathroom. I will not be paying for rent after 3/13/11. I would like to end this in a friendly matter. However, if you want to pursue the owed amount I will see you in small claims court with my copy of the house rules and photographs. Have a good day.

    Yup I don't take **** when I'm in the right. Unless I'm forced by the law like today lol. Got a citation for tail gating cause the stupid fuk was driving 10 miles below the speed limit for over a mile. God I hate slow drivers. I'm getting revenge on that piece of ****. I see that car drive around my neighborhood. Mark my words that mother fuker is going to get it for having me get a citation. Ok, sorry for the hostility but blatantly slow drivers are a huge pet peeve of mine and I'm not even a speeder.

    Meh ****ty day.... I felt everything in the shoulders primarily. Even the curls it felt like all anterior deltoid. This is always my first warning sign that I need to de-load. Also felt like I couldn't get a pump going or I never got warmed up which is another sign that a deload is needed. The meet is on the 26th thank god this is my last week training.

    I feel like I'm going to pop. I wish my scale had batteries right now lol!

    Good job on the PR, that squat looked nice and deep. Sorry to hear about the citation, but I guess that PR made up for it. I'm not a speeder either and I hate slow drivers as well, they can at least do the speed limit. I hate it more when you can't pass them. What are your planned openers? Also, have you weighed the mastadon bar before?

    The reason why I asked about the bar is because that's a 60lb bar, so if you had 5 plates on each side that is 510 not 505

    O we don't say that in the states lol. I also have a welding helmet hung up on my wall beside my hardhat. I keep them up there to remember those days and what hard work really is and how good I have it now. Keeps me in check when I feel like bitching.
