Humility is key to living your life, keep that attitude. I still think about my days of manual labor, not like teaching middle school students won't be a grueling task in its own right.

I've loved your intensity and consistency over the past few months.

Yea, I still bust my ass running my business but its a much more enjoyable type of busting ass. My manual labor days were some hardcore **** too. 70 hours a week for month's straight, 23 days straight without a day off. I worked as a Crane operator, welder, meet processing plant, sider, and construction laborer. I think those two brutal years are part of what molded me into who I am today.

All of our past lived experiences mold us into who we are today. The only problem is some jack A's don't learn from those experiences. You gotta learn and adapt. You've done a great job thus far.

Today was absolute ****. Its been the same story for a few weeks now with upper body I need to deload big time. I hope I haven't fuked myself by overtraining for too long. I have a solid week of deloading I hope its enough.

    Openers
    Squat-450
    Bench-295
    Deadlift-475

    I really want 1300!

    Something like
    475/305/520
    I think its very possible!

For my next bench cycle I'm going to play around with less conjugation as I don't feel I'm advanced enough to vary it up so much. I also seem to do better in the 3-5 range instead of singles and doubles.

Its really simple, which I think it what I need. Only 3 lifts in the rotation. Keep in mind the rep scheme is what works for me. It may seems like high reps for a powerlifter. I also can't do this 12 week cycle stuff like I used to I'm cutting it down to 9. Maybe even 8.

    Week 1 5rm bench

    Week 2 3rm bench

    Week 3 5rm Reverse Bands

    Week 4 3rm reverse bands

    Week 5 5rm chains

    week 6 3rm chains

    week 7 5rm 2 board press

    week 8 3rm board press

    Week 9 D-day 1rm bench

    Deload.

Back down set every week with straight weight varying from 8-15 reps.

not that i have any idea what i'm talking about... but why are you opening bench at 295 if youre shooting for 305? why not go like 265/295/320 or something

i'm way too lazy to dig through the 50 pages of "nice 1000lb atf front squat" but im pretty sure youve hit a raw 335+... you will ace 305...

They say if you feel like s**t then you should be ready to go. I don't see 1300 being a problem. Just be smart about your attempts and remember your going for a total not an individual lift. REMEMBER....always protect your total!!!

Yea my taw touch n go was 340, very smoothily too. The pause command kills me though. I also need to deload like a mother fucker. 305 will be the minimum of my 2and attempt well see how 295 feels.

    Cutting diet starts 3-28-11

I'll start at 4,000 calories. I'm not going to get anal with macros unless it becomes necessary but I'll shoot for 40p/35c/25f. I'm guessing I'll be content with BF once I hit 190ish.

I would bet on it that you get 1300. I'm telling you, you will find some insane intensity and blow some of these lifts up and surprise yourself.

    Go get it.

I'm at half of that calorie total right now! It's ridiculous. I was gaining weight off of 4,000.

I can say that I also feel sorry due to how much Thomas has to eat just to gain weight. Don't envy that though!

Crazy stuff. 4,000 calories to begin the cut, lol.

I'm sub 2000 myself right now, right around 1800 a day for me, 40 minutes cardio every morning and losing a pound a week on average. Yay for really fat parents!

Thanks for the support guys! I'm around 206 right now weigh ins are tomorrow at 5:00pm so a way easy cut. Ha my metabolism has its benefits and disadvantages. Its expensive as fuck eating as much as I do to gain weight and its very repetitive and annoying. I do stay lean even when gaining weight though which is a plus.
