Wreck the fuckin' place tomorrow Thomas. Good luck mate.

The meet went great!! Went 9 for 9 with more in the tank on every lift.

    501/320/530=1351

Every lift went up smooth, especially the bench which was the easiest of all 3. The de-load did wonders for me. Vids uploading.

Smoked them all. From the looks of it you're capable of another 50lbs across the board!

Also, no shame in a hard hat. I work with guys who make half a M wearing one...

Yea Ideally I could have gone more. I was just really focusing on securing 1300. Yea no shame at all I keep one hung up on my wall.

I'll be de-loading for another week... Really not looking forward to it but my right hip flexor is still tender and I still have mild tennis elbow.

Nice job on the meet. Don't really like the ultra wide stance on a raw squat, but if it is comfortable and doesn't bother the hips, do what works.

2nd that question. I recall that you said you were looking to diet sometime in April. Do you have a small idea of how far you'd like to take it?
