Cheat day today woot woot! I'm going to devour an entire pizza, with salt 'n vinegar chips and cookies and cream candy bar. Lord knows I need it woke up at 194 but then again I was out all night didn't go to bed till 6am last night.
God I love going to the Bar/club. Ever since I put on more size I definitely get a lot more attention. Last night some fine blond chick smacked my ass as I walked by I ended up hooking up and dancing with her all night. Then me and my buddy brought two girls to my place we met in the parking lot lol! I also like giving out my business card to women at the bar they all admire my training skills.

Front Squat-First time ever with chains Felt way weird but in a good way.

Pretty solid day. Front squats with chains worked the shit out of my core! That was probably the hardest part keeping my core tight against those chains.

Cmanuel and Athos are gone ... Both were huge contributors to journal land, including most of the little crew we have in this journal. I still talk with Chip, I wish I had Steve(Athos) facebook or something. His posts were one of my favorites. I was hoping it was only a temporary ban but all his threads including his journal have been deleted.
The strange thing is Athos was always really respectful and a calm guy.

WHEN I SQUAT 744 @ 148 that will be a 5X body weight Squat, to me that is a better lift then if a lifter Squats 900 @ 198 which is 4.5 X body weight S...quat even though the 198 lifter Squatted 156 lbs more! To me that is more of what Powerlifting is about then over all weight lifted, and thats just my opininion I know! and Andy pulled 1008 at less body weight then Benedikts 1015 , even though Andy was in Gear to me Andy'd pull was a better lift! ONCE AGAIN THIS IS JUST MY OPINION, THE WAY I LOOK AT OUR SPORT!

It's called powerlifting, not wilks-lifting. I think people get too caught up in their wilks points and sacrifice strength in order to lower their bodyweight. At the end of the day, people will remember the 1015 lb deadlift, not the 744 pound squat.
