    Thanks Guys! Yea camera man messed up both times. After the 405 I specifically told him to get my legs then he messed up again and put it upside down lol.

    Awesome front squats and loving the sled work. The diet seems to be shaping up pretty well too, I think it's a good idea you staying around the ~4000 mark with that crazy metabolism.

    Really jealous of the turf too!

    You taking any joint supplements? Glucosamine + chondroiton has helped my elbow and wrist pain quite a bit.
