    Just the basics today.. Pretty stoked with how fast deads were today. The diet is dialed in pretty good, slowly losing on 4,000 calories still and strength is doing good.

    Thanks Brian. Speed squats really kick my ass! I can speed pull all day but speed squats just take it out of me I'm done after that sometimes.

    I do miss following everyone's training though. I can get on and see things if I go in through a proxy, which I did and looked at your page after your meet because I was curious how you did... dude I have to say, super impressive squat! That thing looked picture perfect to me. Congrats on an awesome meet, you freakin' nailed it!

    I was keeping a lot on another site, but I haven't posted in it in nearly a month, it's just not the same without the old crew. I'm not sure if I will keep posting there or go elsewhere yet. If I do find a home, I will let you know. Until then, I'll be following your progress and now that I have yoru email, I can keep in touch. Keep it up man, I love the way you train, I've said from the first time I commented in your journal that you will go far and you are proving me right.

    It was a good grinder if that makes sense. Smooth but in a grinding the chains up kind of way if you understand that.

    Walmart. They're cheap too. Most low carb/low fat ice cream is expensive.
