The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

Sugar alcohols subtracted for a "net" carbs is crock every way you look at it. They have calories and they very much affect blood glucose.

    Just an FYI.

Yea I've seen this topic discussed quite often and am a little skeptical. One thing I noticed is that the article didn't mention the most popular sugar alcohol sucralose aka splenda.

Ice cream sandwiches are always the best! You are ridiculous for cutting on close to 4,000 calories. Seriously, no one does that, especially at a sub 200 BW.

Mmmmm Ice Cream Sandwiches, delicious. Walmart also has some Great Value Diet Sweet Tea that is absolutely delicious. Tastes just like the stuff from Chic-fil-a and Mcdonalds except 0 calories. Awesome stuff.

Its a pain in the ass. I'm glad I don't have fat man genetics but I really wish I could cut on 3,000 calories. My ultimate goal is to be 200lbs shredded. Sometimes I think of how much food this is going to take lol.

Hmmm I may have to get some of that!

Sorry for the lack of updated everyone. Here are some vids from yesterday speed day. Used a shit ton of tension on squats and speed for deads has been ridiculous the past few weeks. Been feeling really fast.

BW:193.8. Been holding steady at 194ish for awhile now. I think 3800-4,000 is about my maintenance here. Aesthetics are coming in. I'm still going to keep my cals at 4,000 and slowly lean out. Strength has been doing pretty good despite cutting weight and I owe it to being patient and force feeding myself.

You are taking in twice as many calories as I am, and we are only 12 pounds apart in BW. That's foolish!

Yea its a sweet little warehouse private studio. Those are neoprene sleeves unsure of the brand.

Well right now I have 190 in my mind. Which is about 4lbs away. I'm going to take it slow and steady 1lb week. I don't think I'll be super shredded but I will be lean for sure. I already have deltoid veins coming in may even see pelvic veins at 190. As a powerlifter though I'm not making the same mistake by getting crazy lean and setting my strength gains back too far.

It really does suck I wish I could be in the happy middle. Cutting on 2,000 cals or less would be pretty shitty though.
